Permitted use
You may use the service to extract text from images you own or have permission to process. Do not upload unlawful material, infringe another person’s rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or use automated requests in a way that harms availability for other users.
OCR accuracy
Optical character recognition is not perfect. Results may contain missing words, incorrect characters, or formatting differences. Compare important text with the original image before relying on it for legal, medical, financial, academic, or other consequential use.
Service availability
The free service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, or discontinued. No guarantee is made that every image will be processed successfully or that the service will always be available without interruption.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the images you submit and for how you use the extracted text. You must have the necessary rights and permissions and must follow applicable laws and third-party terms.
